About the course
This course is a blended learning course having a combination of live zoom sessions and practical workshops.
Zoom sessions will be in the evenings once per week covering all the theory.
Practical delivery will take place over one full weekends wherereby you will learn all the practical elements of strength and conditioning
All course dates are as folllows:
Zoom sessions: 7th Mar, 14th Mar, 21st Mar, 28th March
Practical workshop: May 6th, May 7th
